JazzyPay also enables businesses to send online invoices to their customers via our “Send Payment Request” feature.

We require different requirements depending on your business category. All necessary documents must be uploaded to your account before your business application can be approved.

JazzyPay is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) under the Operator of Payment Systems (OPS) category.

As a registered OPS recognized by the central monetary authority of the Republic of the Philippines, our partners and their customers can be sure of our credibility as a digital payment system.

We have also obtained the highest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 Certificate and passed all rigorous testings performed by SISA Information Security.

To top it all off, JazzyPay is certified HackerProof by COMODO, ensuring that our website and mobile apps are on the leading edge of security and are always 365 steps ahead of hackers.

The approval and activation of your JazzyPay business account can be completed within 1-2 business days as long as all the required documents have been uploaded to your account. We will reach out to you once your business has been approved or for follow-ups on missing or incomplete requirements.

Unlike traditional POS providers, there is no setup fee, subscription fee, or monthly sales volume quota when you register your business to JazzyPay.

We only charge per successful payment transaction depending on the payment method that your customer will choose. Please refer to the following to know our charges per payment method:

  • Credit/ Debit cards - 3.5% + 15php
  • E-wallets - 2.8% + 15php
  • Online banking - 2.8% + 15php
  • Over-the-counter cash deposits - 2.5% + 20php

Please note that the minimum payment amount you can accept is PHP 200.

Payment settlement usually takes 2-3 banking days to reflect in your nominated company bank account.

JazzyPay’s Send Payment Request feature allows businesses to schedule and send invoices to their clients individually or in bulk via Email, SMS, and automated voice call. Auto-reminders can also be set up to automatically notify and remind customers of unpaid balances.

  • Flexible and unified payment options - You can accept payments through credit/debit cards (even without a POS machine), e-wallets, online banking, and over-the-counter cash deposits, all unified in a single website and mobile app. We currently have a total of 27 payment methods available for you and your customers.
  • Streamlined payment processing - You can track payments through your business dashboard, so you can easily monitor and verify payments. You can also send and schedule customized invoices/ bills to your clients via SMS and email through your JazzyPay business account.
  • Modern and future-proof payment system - The Philippines is gearing towards a cashless society. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has introduced the Digital Payments Transformation Roadmap, aiming to strengthen customer preference for digital payments. During the pandemic, cashless payments are also preferred to lessen contact and decrease the risk of spreading the virus. JazzyPay allows you to have a safe, modern, and future-proof cashless payment system for your business.

We do not provide a POS terminal for credit/ debit cards, as there is no need for your customers to physically swipe their cards. Your clients can simply pay anytime and anywhere with their cards online through our website or mobile app. To learn how your customers can pay your business through JazzyPay, please watch this video.

We provide a QR code for your business profile that your customers can scan for easier payment transactions. A physical standee with your QR code will also be shipped to your address.

We currently do not have this feature as of the moment, but we are already working on it as it is one of the most requested features by our partners. For the meantime, businesses may utilize our Send Payment Request feature to manually schedule and send customized bills/invoices to their customers.
